I applied some of the things Eben teaches, and they were so successful that I now understand why he earns millions. I am in the process of creating these systems now with VAs. Absolutely spot on, and I learned this first hand when I hired James in the office. If you can’t document what you’re doing then how the heck are you ever going to get the scale you need for growth?!
